Personally, I have been using magnets for several years now and it does make a difference at many lights. I originally started out with just one very powerful magnet located on my centerstand. Actually, to be real honest, I lost my very first magnet because of where I mounted it and the amount of heat that is under the Wing. It evidently disolved the glue or the plastic casing around the magnet, but either way, there was not sign of the magnet. My best results have been with one magnet on my centerstand and one magnet nested on the inside of the front gray engine cover. It seems by having the two spread apart it you must produce a better field disruption to the underground sensors. In my opinion, well worth the little bit that I spent on it.
